How do I reach our Community Manager?

The TownSq App is your link with the board and Towne Properties. It is monitored daily, and when you message through “Contact Admin,” you will receive a response within a couple of days.  With this App, you can communicate with Charlie Rapier, our Community Manager. She will provide answers or put you in touch with the person you need to speak to. Your board will also monitor the TownSq app to ensure you get a timely response. 

How do I download the TownSq app?

You can download the TownSq app to your mobile device through the App Store on your phone or  your desktop by going to    https://reserveofturpin.com/town-square-app/

Insurance Coverage for The Crest at Reserve of Turpin.
What do I do if I want to make exterior changes to my home and/or property?

Before altering your exterior, you must submit an ARC application and the plans (if applicable). Applications can be submitted through the TownSq mobile app by selecting, “Submit for ARC”

The Architecture Review Board will review and respond to the application.

 

Where do I find approved colors and replacement items for the Crest?
Where can I find forms for landscape/architectural changes?
What is the painting schedule and assigned building numbers?
What are the rules regarding grills?
What is the snow removal policy?.

For the Rec Facility and Detached Single Family Homes
– All streets will be treated and plowed as dictated by the current snow event. Rec Facility Parking
will be treated and plowed once the accumulation has reached 3 inches and after
the snow event has ended. Ice melt will be applied to the parking area after being
cleared.
For the Crest
– All streets will be treated with ice melt as dictated by the current
snow event. Driveways will be cleared after 3 inches of accumulation and only
after the event has stopped. Ice melt will be applied to the streets and driveways
after they have been cleared. No overflow parking pads will be cleared. No
walkways will be cleared.
As you can see, 2024 is going to be a busy year. We wish all of you a very
prosperous and safe year.

Who do I call if a streetlight is out?

Inform the HOA by putting a Request through TownSq with the location.

How do I know what property is private and common property around the Crest landominiums?

As a landominium owner, you own a plot of land around your home. Attached are the lot line maps for the Crest at the Reserve of Turpin.
