July Board Report July 21, 2023
The July Board Meeting on Wednesday produced a large number of approvals for enhancements to the Crest. As the contractor schedules are set, we will inform the residents affected by deck replacements, gutter replacements, additional landscaping, and concrete repairs to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, parking pads, etc.
There is now a new internet service at the clubhouse and pool that will address the issues with the lock on the gate.

There is a notice posted at the pool and in the clubhouse.
You will also notice that three dog stations have been added to the Crest. Please do your part to ensure that all walkers do not have to contend with dog waste that was not picked up and disposed of.
There are still residents who have not moved the grills to the lower level. The Board will be doing another inspection of the area to determine violators of this very important task. To meet our requirements for insurance coverage, please move them as soon as possible.
We would like to welcome David Hildeman as a new Board member. He will bring great experience as a resident of a single-family home in our neighborhood for over 20 years. As mentioned in earlier reports, we welcome new members if anyone is interested.
The last update item is that the Board has approved Alta Fiber as a potential new provider in the Crest. As you have seen in the single-family homes their installation occurred recently. Due to their backlog, don’t expect installation to be completed in about a year from now.
