Hi, my name is Terry Skiba, and I wanted to introduce myself as the next HOA Board President effective at our monthly meeting April 19, 2023. I am excited about this opportunity but most importantly the chance to meet as many of our residents as possible.
We have a fantastic team of current Board members. They are Terry Dean, Julia Wallner, Joyce Oehler and Tim Stallsworth, You will be hearing from the other Board members in the coming months informing you of important projects in the community. Those will include significant improvements in the pool area, enhancements to our website, concrete repairs in the fall, landscaping issues such as tree trimming and removal and bush replacements, garage sales in the single-family homes, social activities, and many more.
I also wanted to reach out to anybody who would like to volunteer as an at-large Board member. We have 2 open positions. It is a fantastic way to work with fellow members in a fun environments and contribute to projects based on your expertise in making our community stronger and more beautiful.
Expect me to continue to send an update each month. I look forward to your feedback and suggestions when you see me in the neighborhood. Don’t forget to pass on to your neighbors how to use and view the new website.
