AUGUST Board Report August 21, 2023
Now that the contracts have been signed and concrete, deck, gutter and landscaping work is soon to be scheduled, the Board will schedule a walk-thru of the neighborhood so that the members can idenƟfy projects for 2024. We will let you know the tentaƟve date for that walk-thru if you see us near your residence. As mentoned in previous Board Reports, you will be noƟfied when the work that affects your residence will be scheduled this fall.
Just a reminder that the pool will remain open for nearly an additional two weeks until September 15th this year. Hopefully the warm weather will continue so that everyone can continue to have fun. Also, a FOB system was approved for the Pickleball/Tennis court. Once installed, the FOB you use for the pool will also work for the court gate.
Interested in your feedback on the new dog stations. We have noticed an increase in the number of residents using the three stations. Thank you! Unfortunately, we have also noticed a large number of violations of trash
containers being left out by the street or in the front yards for many days after garbage pick-up. Please do your part in keeping the neighborhood looking great!
As the Holidays approach or significant birthdays or family parties need to be scheduled, remember the Clubhouse if a very low cost was to host a large gathering. For more details, please go to the website for more information The next monthly Board meeƟng is scheduled for September 20th. Always remember that you can address the Board for 3-5 minutes before the meeting starts for issues that could not be resolved thru complaints or improvement applications, to name a few reasons. Towne Properties will try to schedule such meetings in advance where practical. We recently had such an issue before our August meeting and the information shared was very productive.
