For anyone that wanted no rain and warmer temperatures, your wish was granted. Fortunately, the pool offers a welcome break from the warm, muggy days.
The concrete work will be completed this week for 2025 with only a few minor things to be done. They are responsible for planting grass where their equipment had to be driven over lawns but that will be delayed due to the dry, hot conditions until a later date. Speaking of that, to avoid what happened last year, landscaping improvements will also be delayed until the fall to ensure plantings survive and thrive.
Five deck replacements have been completed and two more will be completed this week. Another one is scheduled within two weeks with an additional 2-4 to be completed soon after the contractor has prioritized from the existing list. Step replacement and soil and block improvements under steps should begin next week. Rainy conditions over the past few months have severely impacted contractor schedules.
A mailbox replacement on Copperleaf is in the process of being purchased and scheduled for installation. It involves some coordination with residents so please pay attention to details as they come in.
