Maybe the rain has subsided for a while and the many improvements and enhancements can begin again as well as some warm pool temperatures which would be great.
As we navigate around the rain the concrete work is underway. Please be aware of anything marked by a Pink X especially if it might involve a driveway, parking, pad or patio. The contractor will be unable to complete the work if a car or furniture is in the way. It is very difficult to let you know each day what is being repaired due to scheduling or weather interruptions.
The deck contractor just made us aware that the initial six priority decks may start being replaced as early as Wednesday of this week. Notices will be placed on the front doors of these six units.
The Spring planting has been completed and the trimming will be done over the next couple weeks. All other pending bush and tree replacements will be taken care of in the fall to avoid the summer heat.
The Board also approved escalating the gutter project going forward due to gutters being clogged or water issues. Stay tuned for further announcements on this! It may impact painting, concrete and road repaving in 2026.
An announcement went out last week regarding proactive projects to repair and prevent future issues regarding units that have steps in front or porches where there are numerous steps. Thanks to everyone that attended the cookout prior to the pool opening. It is always a great opportunity to meet neighbors as well as see the exciting improvements inside the clubhouse in addition to the new pool umbrellas.
