No New Rentals

A recently approved Amendment #3 has been added to the governing documents for  the Reserve of Turpin that eliminates the establishment of new rental properties and bans using all properties for short-term rentals, including but not limited to VRBO and Air BnB.   This Amendment also includes “Undue Hardship” provisions for Association members who need to lease their properties and “Grandfather” provisions for those who already lease them.  “Grandfathering” requires Executive Board approval.  This process begins with homeowners submitting copies of their leases by February 8th, 2025. All leases must be received before this deadline to be recognized as valid.
